Jeannie Campbell Counsellor

Jeannie Campbell

M.Ed. MTC #2065

I am a positive and optimistic counsellor with a very strong belief that all individuals can make changes in their lives. I have the skills, training and experience to provide a supportive and caring environment where my clients feel accepted and understood while they explore their life journey.

My counselling training and experience is broad. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology from UBC and I am trained in TIR (Trauma Incident Reduction) LSR (Life Stress Reduction), critical stress debriefing, restorative justice and mediation. I have also studied in the areas of family systems therapy, adolescent development and the connection between an individual’s physical and emotional well being. I work with youth and adults in the areas of relationship issues, youth/parent struggles, parenting education, stress management, trauma, anxiety, depression and establishing direction in life.

I have successfully supported youth and their parents while they navigated the many challenges that can be associated with the adolescent years. I am also the mother of two adult sons and my experience as a parent has given me the insight necessary to help others with the “transition from adolescence to adulthood” for both youth and parents.
